Company Overview
Welcome to Eternal Glory Mining Sdn. Bhd. (EGM), a leading mining company dedicated to the exploration, development, and production of valuable mineral resources. Established on the 15th September 2024, EGM has built a strong reputation in the industry with a primary focus on gold and iron ore mining. We strive to create long-term value through responsible mining practices and the sustainable development of our mineral assets.
Our operations extend across various regions, and we are excited to announce a significant strategic partnership with Realxoin Resources LLC (RR), a Mongolian mining company. On 15th September 2024, EGM and RR entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) for the mining rights in the Taishir Soum area, located in the Gobi Altai Aimag of southwestern Mongolia. This joint venture grants EGM an exclusive right for a period of 28 years to mine and extract coal, gold, iron, copper, silver, zinc and other minerals from the site, beginning from 2024.
RR has been granted a mining license (No: MV-022094) by the Mongolian authorities, securing the right to extract gold and other minerals for a period of 30 years, starting from 2022. This partnership marks a pivotal step in our global expansion and reinforces our commitment to delivering superior mineral resources to the world.

Calvin Mark Chin - Director / Chief Executive Officer Calvin Mark Chin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a distinguished mining company group, specializing in marine sand, which has been listed on the US OTC Market since 2015. With over 15 years of leadership experience in finance, Calvin has demonstrated expertise in various facets of corporate management, including business restructuring, crowdfunding, and leading IPO initiatives for venture capital firms. In addition to his role as CEO, Calvin also serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for a Malaysian manufacturing company listed on Nasdaq, contributing strategic oversight and governance to the organization. Before taking on his current leadership roles, Calvin spent 15 years as the Finance Director for the Southeast Asia region at a US-based multinational corporation in the latex product manufacturing industry. This role allowed him to refine his expertise in financial strategy, operational management, and cross-regional leadership. Calvin's career foundation includes five years at the renowned Big 4 auditing firm, Ernst & Young, where he gained invaluable insight into financial analysis, audit processes, and corporate governance. He holds a professional degree from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK and Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC). His diverse experience and deep understanding of business finance, governance, and corporate strategy make him a respected leader in the industry.
Dato' Robin Yeong - Director Dato' Robin is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful businesses across finance technology, trustee/fiduciary services, natural resources, lifestyle, and entertainment. Known for his sharp business instincts and hands-on leadership, he consistently demonstrates a talent for identifying untapped opportunities and transforming them into profitable ventures. His entrepreneurial journey began in finance technology and trustee/fiduciary services. Over time, his focus expanded to natural resources, where he saw significant potential in gold mining and premium jadeite business. This led to the founding of Eternal Group, where Dato' Robin and his team introduced cutting-edge solutions that modernized both the gold mining sector and the jadeite business. Eternal Group set new benchmarks for efficiency, transparency, and product authenticity, earning the trust of industry players and global investors. Under his leadership, the company also prioritizes sustainability and global standards. Beyond his corporate ventures, Dato' Robin has made his mark on Malaysia’s social and lifestyle scene by pioneering the beer pong culture movement in the local F&B industry. His passion for creating interactive social experiences transformed the way local entertainment venues engage their audiences — adding a fun, competitive twist that redefined social drinking culture. With a forward-thinking mindset and a talent for blending innovation with traditional business values, Dato' Robin continues to build relevant and resilient businesses, solidifying his reputation as a visionary entrepreneur who thrives in both emerging and established markets.
Michael Tan Kar Choon - Director Michael Tan Kar Choon is a seasoned businessman with over a decade of experience in the natural resources sector, including extensive expertise in timber, silica, and sand. With more than five years in the sand industry and a current focus on silica, Michael has developed a strong understanding of the industry's best practices, regulations, and financial frameworks. His extensive background in natural resources has allowed him to build a comprehensive knowledge of the operational and regulatory landscapes across multiple sectors. Michael’s strategic insight and business acumen have positioned him as a key figure in the industry. Michael’s transition into the gold mining sector is a natural extension of his career, leveraging his vast experience in resource management and his exceptional ability to drive business growth. His leadership and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and expansion of the company.

2024 - Ongoing Drilling Operations
Our drilling activities continue to progress, providing valuable data to expand our mineral reserves and optimize resource development.
2025 - Capital Raising & Gold Processing Plant Construction
We will focus on raising capital to fund the construction of a state-of-the-art gold processing plant, boosting production capacity and operational efficiency.
2026 – Completion of Capital Raising & Plant Construction
EGM will successfully complete our capital raise and finish building the gold processing plant, enhancing our ability to refine and deliver high-quality gold to the market.
2027 – Uplisting to NASDAQ
We plan to uplist to NASDAQ in 2027, increasing our visibility in global capital markets and accelerating our growth as a leading mining company.
