Mining Operations
At Eternal Glory Mining, we focus on responsible and efficient mining operations, guided by the principles of sustainability and innovation. Our work in the northern foothills of the Khan Taishir Mountains, in Western Mongolia, reflects our dedication to responsible resource extraction while fostering long-term economic growth and minimizing environmental impact. Below, we highlight our key operational areas: Projects & Sites, Exploration & Production, and Technologies.
Project and sites
Our mining projects are carefully selected and meticulously managed to ensure that each site maximizes value while minimizing environmental and social impact. With a strategic focus on sustainability and efficiency, Eternal Glory Mining operates across several key sites in the northern foothills of the Khan Taishir Mountains.

Khan Taishir Region
Our primary mining site, located at the foot of the Khan Taishir Mountains, offers vast potential for resource extraction. The area is rich in precious minerals, and our operations focus on ensuring the responsible development of these resources. We carefully monitor the environmental impact of our activities, working to preserve the unique biodiversity of this region.

Future Development Areas
As part of our long-term growth strategy, we continue to explore opportunities in nearby regions. These areas are strategically chosen based on their geological potential, proximity to existing infrastructure, and alignment with our sustainability goals.

Altangadas Gold Mining Project
The Altangadas Gold Mining Project is situated in the Altai province of western Mongolia, a region rich in mineral resources and characterized by favorable geological conditions for gold exploration. The project is located near the town of Gobi Altai, just a half-hour drive from the mining area. Gobi Altai is approximately 1,000 kilometers from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's capital, providing a relatively accessible location for both transportation and logistical support.
Access & Infrastructure
The project site benefits from well-established infrastructure, including a small, paved runway airport located just 2 kilometers west of Gobi Altai. Weekly flights connect Gobi Altai to Ulaanbaatar, ensuring ease of travel for staff and stakeholders. Additionally, the area is equipped with a reliable supply of electricity, water, and essential facilities such as lodging, medical services, and manpower, all of which are crucial for the successful operation of a mining project in this remote region.
Concession Area & License
The Altangadas gold mining project is located on a concession area covered by a prospecting mining license (License No: MV-022094), valid for 30 years. The concession spans 7,799.79 hectares, providing ample space for exploration, development, and eventual production activities. This large land area offers significant potential for the discovery and extraction of high-value gold resources.
Geography & Terrain
The project site benefits from well-established infrastructure, including a small, paved runway airport located just 2 kilometers west of Gobi Altai. Weekly flights connect Gobi Altai to Ulaanbaatar, ensuring ease of travel for staff and stakeholders. Additionally, the area is equipped with a reliable supply of electricity, water, and essential facilities such as lodging, medical services, and manpower, all of which are crucial for the successful operation of a mining project in this remote region.
Climate
Western Mongolia is known for its harsh climate, particularly during the winter months. The region experiences cold, windy conditions from spring to autumn, with average temperatures ranging from -10°C to 6°C. Winters are particularly severe, with temperatures often dropping between -19°C and -27°C. Summer temperatures can soar to 40°C in July, while the winter frost can extend to 12 meters deep. The extreme weather conditions, including a seven-month cold season.
Geological Potential
The Altangadas project is located within a highly prospective gold-mineralized environment, influenced by the region's favorable geological settings. The project area lies close to other well-established gold exploration and mining ventures. Notably, Khan Altai, a gold operation situated approximately 95 kilometers southeast of the Altai city and 40 kilometers southeast of Altangadas, has developed into a successful mine with a reported gold resource of 41.58 tonnes. Additionally, a Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) plant is being established in the area to process gold ore, underscoring the region's potential for large-scale, high-quality gold production.
With the Altangadas Gold Mining Project positioned in such a resource-rich environment, the project is well poised to become a significant contributor to Mongolia's gold industry, benefiting from strategic location, strong geological prospects, and essential infrastructure.
Sustainable Mining Practices
Low-Impact Mining:
We are committed to using mining techniques that reduce land disturbance, preserve local ecosystems, and avoid unnecessary deforestation or disruption to wildlife habitats.
Progressive Rehabilitation:
Following extraction, we ensure that all mined areas undergo thorough reclamation. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to restore the land to its natural state, helping to regenerate soil health and biodiversity.
Environmental Monitoring:
We implement continuous environmental monitoring at all of our mining sites, regularly assessing air and water quality, as well as wildlife activity, to ensure our operations meet the highest environmental standards.
